Seeing What Others Don't
(280 Pages) (5 Hours)
Reading Gary Klein’s book “seeing what others don’t” gave me a great experience on insights. The book changed my perspective on improvement and personal management in general. At first, I always thought that reducing errors should be the primary objective while managing something. Now I realize that improvements entail error reduction in combination with increasing insights. It is just a matter of changing the focus to gain new insights and working on the new insights. I would recommend the book for everyone one because improvements on insights are as important as reducing errors. This book would fit for someone who wants to work on new insights for improvement purposes as it provides perspectives on various practices.
